Orange Capital Partners (OCP) acquires a portfolio of around 450 residential properties from Rubens Capital Partners.

The deal value of this portfolio is around 90 million euro. The properties are located in the Randstad conurbation with 40% of the properties located in Amsterdam.

HES Complex

Eyeworks acquires the HES complex consisting of approximately 8.800 m2, comprising office and residential space as well as an area with a social allocation in Amsterdam city centre. The buildings need to be renovated. Eyeworks wil use the main building as their new office. WCOA represented the buyer.
